Investing time out of the office on your firm will reap future dividends. A facilitator can contribute to the success of your firm's retreat by seeing things objectively and keeping the agenda on track. A facilitator has many roles, including:
- Clarifying the purpose of the retreat and its objectives.
- Helping develop the agenda.
